Due to the nature of our products, Amethyst Cuisine does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or received.

All products are food items and are prepared and packed with care to ensure quality and freshness. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned products.

However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the concern and, when applicable, provide a suitable resolution.
